Merch, without the shortcuts.
Shortcuts show up eventually. We avoid them from the start. Our process is built around consistency, not quick wins.

Frequently Asked Questions
We’re here to make things easy. Explore our most frequently asked questions, or reach out if you need help with anything specific.
For screen printing, we require a minimum order of 24 pieces with the same design. Our minimum for embroidery is 12 pieces.
We like to ask for a two week turnaround.
There are several factors that can affect the price of your order, including the cost and size of the garment (with larger sizes generally costing more), how many colors are in your design (applies to screen printed orders only), thread count (applies to embroidery orders only), and the quantity of garments ordered.
For screen printed orders, your best bet is to have a vectored file ready for spot color jobs and a high resolution (300dpi) psd, pdf or png file for simulated jobs. Any low resolution files submitted may need work resulting in an additional fee. For embroidery, any high resolution file works! We then send that file to our digitizers who redo your design in a new file our embroidery machines can read. This is a one-time fee per design.
Screen printing has been around for thousands of years and is ideal for high-volume orders and simple designs. Digital printing is good for photorealistic images, but it's not as durable and costly for large quantities. Vinyl is prone to peeling and wrinkling and is not suitable for complex designs. Despite their benefits, screen printing remains the preferred and reliable method for customizing garments that provides consistent and durable results for high-volume orders with multiple colors.
I operate a one-man shop, which is great for everyone! If you need to inquire about your current or past orders, you'll reach only me - the person who is familiar with all of them. I know most, if not all, of my customers on a first name basis, and that's important to me. I own industrial-grade equipment, and I am skilled in its use. With over a decade of experience, I am confident that I can deliver exactly what you need, completed in a timely manner.
